We’re excited to share the results of our second contest theme, “Street Photography with Grace Ho”. Once again, judging was both a pleasure and a challenge due to the exceptional quality of submissions. Our judge, Grace Ho herself remarked, “It honestly wasn’t easy picking just five photos. There were so many good ones! I looked for strong storytelling, solid composition, creativity, and how well each image fit the theme. A lot of the entries really impressed me. In the end, the selected photos stood out because they didn’t just look great, they made me feel something or told a story that lingered. Our first outing for February 2025 was a spectacular KTM model shoot event featuring four models in stunning wedding attire. The grandeur of the Railway Administrative Building’s architecture provided a breathtaking backdrop, making this session truly unforgettable. We received an overwhelming response, with about 200 photo submissions. The judging process was incredibly challenging due to the high quality of entries. Every submission was impressive in its own way. If your photo was not selected, it does not mean it wasn’t good; it simply wasn’t chosen this time. After much deliberation, five outstanding photos were selected and submitted by the following members: Afif Azman Chan Kien Ming Harun Wahab Md Aziman Tan Wai Keong And the best photo goes to Md Aziman. Our outing for February 2025 took us to Zoo Negara, where members had the opportunity to capture the beauty and diversity of wildlife. This event was proudly sponsored by Futuromic Photo AV and we are grateful for their support. Once again, we received a tremendous response from our members, with a wide variety of photo submissions showcasing animal behaviors, stunning animal portraits, and captivating moments from the zoo’s lively environment. Our first monthly photo challenge for January, themed Black & White at KTM Railway Station, was a resounding success! We had an impressive turnout, with 163 stunning entries capturing the timeless elegance of this historic landmark.
