The second theme of the photo competition brought forth an array of exceptional talent. Among the five winning entries—submitted by Jon Liang, Yeap CS, Arif Panadam, Zhu Yanfei, and Albert Low—one photograph captivated the judges beyond all others. Albert Low’s mesmerising image was distinguished as the best of the five winners, standing out in a pool of truly impressive works.
